Driven by a passion for cybersecurity and a desire to empower others, I’m a dedicated Information Security Professional with a strong foundation in IT management. My journey began with experience in the food service industry, leading me to pursue a career where I could leverage my analytical skills and protect valuable information.
I hold several key certifications, including CompTIA PenTest+, CySA+, and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity, and am currently working towards CISSP and CISM – demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of security best practices.
My formal education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in IT Management from Western Governors University, complemented by ongoing studies culminating in a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity. I’m actively engaged in expanding my expertise through certifications like CISSP and CISM, further solidifying my skills in cybersecurity management.
Prior to specializing in information security, I gained valuable experience working in the food service industry during high school, which instilled a strong work ethic and customer-focused approach – qualities that translate directly into effective teamwork within an IT environment.
